The Terms & Conditions outlined on this page apply to the use of the espadrille.co.uk website. By accessing this website or by ordering you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out.

Conditions

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights. ClearPoint retains the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right should not affect existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase. We also reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on this website at our discretion, and withdraw any items from sale.

Our Products

We make every effort to show the colours of our fabrics and products as accurately as possible. However, the processing of the digital images used, lighting conditions during photography and the settings of your computer monitor mean we cannot absolutely guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will be exactly the same as how the products appears in natural sun light. Our products are sized according to the European sizing convention and are in whole sizes only, with one width per size. The fit of the product cannot be guaranteed as they can stretch after being worn for a while. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we can make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. Any items sold by ClearPoint, or digital images and graphic artwork used on its website, may be the subject of patent rights and/or other legal protection.

Price & Payment

The prices quoted are inclusive of UK VAT and standard shipping.  Shipping charges stated are for UK mainland only. Additional Shipping costs will be incurred for delivery outside the UK.

UK express shipping and / or guaranteed delivery is available at an additional cost and is subject to our shippers delivery conditions. ClearPoint cannot be held responsible for our shippers failing to meet their contracted obligations. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in your shopping cart before final confirmation of payment is required. ClearPoint reserves the right to change the total purchase price including VAT and delivery charges at anytime. Payment must be received in full before an order can be dispatched. ClearPoint accepts payment for orders by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards.

Delivery

All orders are supplied from stock and usually dispatched same working day working day. If ordering from outside the EU, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country are your responsibility. Please also note that if you request that our products are left in a safe place, ie behind bin, in back garden, left in porch etc, then this is down to your own risk.  

Return Policy

If you wish to return your shoes we will be happy to accept them back within 14 days from purchase on the understanding that they are unused and in their original packaging. We offer a full refund, or an exchange where available. Sorry, but we are unable to take back product once has it been worn. 

Privacy

Any and all information you submit to ClearPoint, via its Websites, email, and phone or by hard copy will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not hold any personal information which you provide to us in compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act and it will be used solely for processing your orders and for accounting purposes. We would like to retain your email address in order to inform you of future promotions, however, should you not wish to receive these please let us know by email. Under no circumstances will we ever pass your information on to others parties. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to websites maintained by other companies or organisations to which we link. We are not responsible for any personal information you submit to third parties via our website. Please ensure that you read the Privacy Policy of such other companies or organisations before submitting your details.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
